Urbanczik practices the spiritual discipline of Zen-Buddhism and received the ordination of a Zen Boddhisatva in the French Temple of La Gendronnière. He has been practicing and teaching hatha yoga for twenty years and regularly teaches workshops and structural integration trainings as President and Faculty of the European Guild for Structural Integration.
