I have many people coming in complaining of plantar fasciitis. I long ago stopped looking for the source of the problem in the feet or ankles. The primary restriction has been in a knee or hip. And if the plantar fasciitis is in only one foot, primary restriction is commonly found in the other leg’s knee or hip.
