Nicole Black is an author, a teacher in elementary education, and an entrepreneur with a passion for sharing unique stories and helping people grow. For over twenty years, Black has worked in the business world as a corporate trainer in employee productivity and effective growth, where she’s helped some of the biggest brands in hospitality and entertainment grow sustainably through inspiring their employees. Through her writing, Black hopes to empower her readers and impart valuable lessons about grief, loss, and emotional growth. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with her wonderful daughter in their home in Santa Barbara, California. Lina Amy Hack, BS, BA, SEP, became a Rolfer® in 2004 and is now a Certified Advanced Rolfer (2016) practicing in Canada. She has an honors biochemistry degree from Simon Fraser University (2000) and a high-honors psychology degree from the University of Saskatchewan (2013), as well as a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (2015) certification. Hack is the Editor-in-Chief of Structure, Function, Integration.
