M. Feldenkrais is a thinker who has for quite a while been propounding the notion that “body” and “mind” are really different aspects of the same process – an idea that may have a familiar ring to rolfers and other readers of this journal. In the following article he explains what he means in some detail, and goes on to give tantalizing glimpses of the ways of working with people to which his thinking has led him.
