A few years ago, the Rolfing community was introduced to the work of Hubert Godard. Since then, he has provided a stimulating perspective on movement for many of us. With Hubert’s help, I have translated this paper which describes some aspects of his approach. It was originally presented as part of a symposium at the Universite de Paris V – Rene Descartes, in 1987.
